Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the following measures are in place for next week's sitting of the Civil Circuit Court in Nenagh:
All cases listed for Thursday 13th May 2021 will be listed for hearing will now be listed for hearing before Judge Doyle on Tuesday 11th May 2021 in addition to the cases already listed on Tuesday 11th May 2021. There will be a callover of all of these cases at 10.30am on Tuesday 11th May 2021.
All cases listed for Friday 14th May 2021 will be listed for hearing before Judge Doyle on Wednesday 12th May 2021 in addition to the cases already listed on Wednesday 12th May 2021. There will be a callover of all of these cases at 10.30am on Wednesday 12th May 2021.
The Court will endeavour to deal with as many as possible of these cases during these two days (Tuesday 11th May and Wednesday 12th May 2021).
